I keep getting kicked from the game (always at the same point in time) - Every time I finish any dungeon or raid, I get kicked with this message:
Cannot connect to the server. Exiting the game.

If it were a connection issue, I would expect the disconnects to be random. However, these are always at the end of the raid/dungeon, which means I miss out on the auction loot etc.
Can you please confirm you are aware of this issue and give an estimate on when it will be resolved? This has only been an issue since the most recent patch FYI
I’m sorry to hear about your disconnection issue due to which you lost your entry for raid or dungeons.
In order to fix the issue of such disconnection issue, please follow the steps provided in the below link:
And regarding your lost entry for the dungeon / raid, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket. And also I’d like to let you know that there is no provision from our end to manually provide a entry ticket to any of the player.

Sorry but I don’t think you’ve read my post properly… I get back into the raid/dungeon, by which time the auction has ended, I don’t get the ticket refunded as the raid is complete etc. But it does mean that I can’t bid on legendary books etc as by the time I reconnect, the auction has ended.
And please re-read what I wrote regarding the timing of the disconnects etc, you cant tell me you think its a connection problem when 15+ times are ALL at the end of the raid at the time the MVP screen is about to load? At no other times have I been disconnected other than at this exact point

In order to investigate the issue, please get in touch with our support team with the below link by filing a ticket so that they can check for the exact issue why at the same time you get disconnect every time. The development team will investigate the same and update you via ticket.
