Hey guys, with CEU servers been poop. and players wanting region transfers but they keep telling us they cant. would you be happy with a basic transfer? like you keep your roster level? your twitch items and you get a full use of your founder pack again, but you have to start again with a new character? or would you prefer a full transfer?
