Kicked from Boss Rush when trying to start

Me and my friend tried to do the Boss Rush yesterday evening on the EU Server. After having to queue up about 10 times, we finally managed to get in. To our surprise, when we stepped on the blue light that is supposed to start the encounter we immediately got kicked and lost our entry Ticket which is pretty frustrating and even more so after having to deal with the Matchmaking issues almost all day.

Would be great if any GM could be of help. Characters affected:

Happend to me aswell, my friends got in but i got kicked out as soon i joined and lost my ticket.

Yea, the same thing happened to me just a moment ago. It loaded into Boss Rush, took the ticket, and I got kicked out.
