it’s perfectly fine to not use battle items. It’s not fine to kick someone for not using them or even worse not using the meta ones. You cry because maybe you would waste 1 extra minute to do a guardian raid but then you kick someone and let that person waste maybe 15 minutes if not more? get a life. It’s not that a person is actively sabotaging the guardian raid or trolling for not using the right battle item. You are just a bunch of selfish cry babies that’s what you are if you think kicking for this reason is fine.

I used panacea because you were not cleansing and in matchmaking I rather have panacea for the debuff in case I don’t have a pally to do so.
I had destro and whirlwind since most of the time I see people not using them or if my stuff in in CD (full spec Ignite Sorc) I can do my contribution to take the boss down. Feel free to ask Smilegate to add a 5th item to the bar and I will bring phero. This does not justify the sheer toxicity you guys showed me for the simple reason I did not bring phero in matchmaking.

The argument of battle item boxes is completely irrelevant when I can only change at the entrance.

Yeah that is sad tho having to do that. I literally had everything but phero. I don’t mind using stuff, I use them all the time but I can’t have everything on my bar man.
Rox has said multiple times that the usage of the kick function from the party for stuff like not using battle items is a missuse of the function and it’s against the terms of service.
Trolling is another thing, and as I said, I did use battle items.
feel ya happened to me as well in past on kunge the worst thing is i got kicked when boss was like idk 10% hp or less. And i would gladly finish the raid alone but well you can’t because you get kicked out of the raid AND you get the 15 minutes penalty because other people decided to! So not only i wasted ~~5 minutes in the raid but additional 15 waiting for penalty to end AND the consumables i used during the raid.

Then why didn’t you tell at the beginning “don’t have phero, I bring destro”? I would switch my item but you decide to ignore communication.

You were the toxic one tho? Group called their roles and because you didn’t call yours they assumed you will take the role of whatever wasn’t covered, but you didn’t. It does not matter if you matchmade or not, matchmaking does not mean you can do whatever, if you want to do whatever you want do a solo guardian run. Matchmaking means you don’t care who you play with so you queue up for a quick match, it does not mean that you get to do whatever you want, you are still in a group setting and if that group agrees on a certain fight plan you either go along with it or leave. Don’t look for other people to play with if you don’t want to cooperate other people. Do solo runs instead.

Please quote where @Roxx said that. The literal reason kicking was implemented in in the first place Korea was to kick people who either AFK or who join a group and then refuse to play with a group. If you don’t want to use battle items (something that literally a tutorial teaches you upon entering a first ever guardian raid, by literal game’s standards battle items have been a must since start) then either make a group where no one uses items or go in and fight the guardian alone. You are hindering the gameplay experience of 3 other people and you are saying that they are trolling by kicking out a guy responsible for failing mechanics because they are too cheap to use a 1 battle item?

At no point in time did she ever say that. The only time a CM ever clearly commented on this actually said the exact opposite. That it is perfectly fine to kick people if the majority of the group agrees.
Is it an ideal system? Absolutely not. But it’s what we have. Simple majority rules.

There is only one situation where this would be a coc violation and that is if the people kicking the player purposefully wait until the last second to kick in order to make that player lose their souls.

This topic has been discussed at length in literally dozens of threads on these forums. The post I shared is the last official word on the matter.
As of today I have seen 0 people complaining about being banned for this. It just does not happen.
Literally nowhere in the linked post does it state that that is the only way that passes as a violation.
Just because your post is newer does not mean that is more accurate. It just shows inconsistency.
And who would even mention that they got banned for kicking people and being toxic?
I’m more inclined to trust the word of the community manager over a member of the CS team that has extremely limited access to the game.
Personally I happen to agree with you that it should be a coc violation. But community standards exist for a reason. If the majority think that this is better who am I to say otherwise.
Simplest solution though is to just use the correct items and actually communicate with your team. If others are doing it why shouldn’t you? Be a team player 
This is why i always call Phero 2 and if p1 is not called/thrown I song out, yall gonna make a 3 minute guardian into a 6-7 minute one thats on you not me. Also party order means nothing in MM, sometimes people follow it properly and will even wait for 1 to flare but its your responsibility to call out or if you cant be assed then at least look at what others are calling and equip appropriately.
If people are kicking you out from party - go do solo? won’t be any problems.
If you don’t want to do solo don’t complain when democracy takes turn and 3 votes against 1. meaning other 3 deemed you not a asset to the boss killing considering expectations.
Never was i kicked through 2k of gameplay before and i think i won’t because i can communicate with people over choosing co-op option for guardian and proceeding to do papega things and then surprised pikachu face why other 3 are not happy.
For future too, other guardian raid i heard nades etc is a must. So you not cooperating with 3 others guys and communicating through situation spells really grim future for you.
Overall i think overall player base skill dropped so much by now is because you people go in like you are the center of the world thinking - i will go in, i m main character. They will be privilage to have me, i don’t need to say or write anything.
To finish off - don’t like majority vote? go do solo, no one cares about yours cries here.
Didn’t done guardian for 2 months or so but i personally wouldn’t mind kicking you too because you are the rising seed of papegas, one today, hundred tomorrow.
