Hello, when the overall Knowledge Transfer count reaches the 9/9 limit, is there no other way to level the character up to North Vern other than through the paid Powerpass or having to redo the story?
I reached the limit and I wanted new characters, but I didn’t want to have to redo the story again for the 4th time… Is there another way?
there is no other way, also you cant use a powerpass since amazon fucked up and they dont work
Yep, currently the max is 9. It will expand to 12 once we get 24 max character slots. No way to take away from the number of KTs used.

This is false, doesnt matter if you manually level another character or not. Ive tried it myself. 9/9 is max for now.
Thx for the info, i only assumed it worked as I haven’t levelign another 1-50 character 
If you have deleted a character because you did not like the playstyle but still want to have more characters past north vern without doing north vern you can get them restored. But if it is about getting your 12th or 13th alt past north vern you are out of luck on that.
