My friend got banned because of “Cheating: Known Cheat Program Detected” and he used over 0.5k in CAD so he don’t cheat because he don’t want his money going to waste. They want me to send a record of he not cheating and I don’t understand how. He don’t have any recording of my game and they are just saying “If you still feel that you have been mistakenly penalized despite following all rules in the Amazon Games Code of Conduct, we would appreciate it if you could provide further evidence to substantiate your appeal.”
He is almost 5.5k hours into the game with Roster level over 199 and got banned for cheating?It may be a problem caused by something like an FPS monitoring tool or a mouse and keyboard driver.
I don’t think Cheaters use 0.5k for a game and waste 5.5k hours in a game to cheat and get banned.
