i switched my main to Artillerist recently. Barrage is better choice than Firepower with new changes ?

Barrage was always better, but Firepower is more viable now. If you like mindless spammy build then firepower is alright

I think these are the class balances and the tripod system comes later.
Are some of this the tripod QoL and the gunlancer 70% range on bash?
The two builds will be separated, not one being strictly better than the other.
In summary, FPE will be built with speed and not turret, being an extremely fast and spam class. Top 1 (ilvl) blaster in KR is a FPE with 1900 speed.
Barrage will have short windows of huge burst, with the potential of doing more DPS and being harder to pull on actual raids (Trixion training grounds DPS on dummy is way higher but it’s not realistic at all). That’s why All-out Attack, with the 20% attack speed wil become so prized because it shortens your immobilism and make it easier to land in real combat.
Out of current KR top 10 (checked yesterday), 3 are FPE, 7 are barrage, which means each build has its own merits and is perfectly viable, all up to Akkan raid.
No, they wont screw up everyones build without patching the old tripod system… Plain and simple

Dear Roxx,
One thing that was coming along with the Korean Balance patch was also the tripod patch (its a 2 in 1 patch).
Anyone who didnt save it’s tripods in tripod inventory will simply loose all of them, which can results of months of grind completely lost that you cant compensate at all.
So IF you plan on releasing this patch wensday without prior explanations of how to save the tripods before this change, this move could lead to a massive playerbase loss.
I urge you to take this information very carefully. Anything that comes with the tripods patch will requiere a perfect communication with the playerbase, both ingame and on LA website.
I took the time as the tripods and balance patch were one combined release.

In EU indeed it is really a req. We dont have ancient sets and Gunslinger is in EU with current Patches very weak compared to the other classes. People dont get the point, that Gunslinger in KR is that strong, because he has the caps already with the new set items and comming up to current parts with a lot of op ppl is a lot easier than atm in EU. With this PM Patch GS would get about 20-30% extra dmg IF youre a non CD player. Atm youre forced to make CD , Grudge to even get to the MVP page and sometimes even full Spec. With PM Patch even in KR with the current Sets it got huge buff in overall Raid DPS and not just after 50% HP. So yeah after 3 Balance Patches for ALL classes except Gunslinger the Gunslinger Patch is really important to play without being forced to play CD and go with 5x3 PM, HM, G, Adr, KBW or swap ADR and CD.
It takes time to copy/paste code 
You forget that they have to only copy and paste the code they want us to have, otherwise they could just use the entire same build. Gotta cut out all the extra classes first.
They will let us know today a day before patch as always.
From what we’ve experienced so far with AGS I won’t be surprised if tripod system is informed half a day before patch.

I would be surprised if we got tripods or the KR balance patch at all this week. AGS already stated we are getting the QOL things below anything more would be a shocker…

Many times we’ve had last minute shockers, so its not new.
We also had not one patch with the amount of content that was in the KR balance patch, so ill remain doubtful.
