It’s funny because Path of Exile is a f2p game with a cash shop that’s 95% cosmetics and 5% stash tabs and it’s consistently killing it (despite me hating the nerfs in the past patches)

Yes I do know how a company works and I stand by my statement, if you truly believe a company, which is not a living entity, cares about you and its not emotional click-baiting, I have some real estate on the moon I would like to sell to you.
Rapport establishes trust between you and your client. without the trust, this game won’t grow in NA.
Trust that they can produce a game or trust that they are emotionally invested in their (how many) clients? Please take off those rose coloured glasses, you are going to walk into something and hurt yourself.
I can tell you never do business. building rapport with the customers is more important than anything else. people quitting this game every day and that’s making me sad. people can see what they are doing and it is not a good business move. especially they think they did nothing wrong after what they did while doubling down.
Devs what to gain money for their work? The nerve!
