I really want to change character voices to Korean. When can I expect the Korean VO pack to come out in the Netherlands?

Thank you for your question regarding the Korean Voice Over Pack. Please note, the Voice Over Pack is available in Steam and there are no restrictions from our end for this to be applied in the game, however, we are aware certain DLC content and game downloads can be blocked in the Netherlands.
Unfortunately, we are unable to override this ruling at present and do not have any official statements leading us to believe this will be overturned any time soon but you may check our Official News Forum as well as our main site for possible updates.
