Kuku counted as complete no ticket?

we got kicked out of clown for maintenance and didn’t receive a ticket instead have it labeled as complete with no chance of entry.

Same here, our whole static of 4 has no ticket after maintenance.

Happened to me and my static too if someone from support can help fix this.

Same here, entire static can’t enter clown after maintenance. Hopefully they can send out tickets sooner because this is going to affect a lot of people

Part of @JavJav static group. None of us have received a re-entry ticket yet. Cleared G1 and G2 before the servers went down and cannot enter G3.

Same thing happened to our static. The server went down during our attempts and all of us cannot enter now because of the ticket. Its been 24 hours and no ticket return. This is a very questionable raid lockout system to say the least…

These are the responses we have been getting since Wednesday last week. Roxx has another thread of collecting information as well but nothing has come of it yet.
