Yes they do (lynching in the 19th and early 20th century), until the majority was against it, and in 2022 is classified as a hate crime.
CM has already stated, it’s not against the rule to kick someone, but it’s against the rule to flame and is reportable.
However in the past, there were the people doing kick abuse in boss rush and now it doesn’t work anymore. Me and 2 players tried to kick a bot (very rare) and didn’t work.
And other CMs (and Amazon Lost Ark Support) said it’s against Lost Ark rules and is punishable. I have screens that prove it.

There’s a difference between abusing kick with a premade and using it as intended with randoms.
This is a real dishonest argument. Queuing as a premade and randomly kicking people is griefing. Not using BI is griefing if a significant chunk of the community agrees to it to the point 3 randoms kick you for not doing it.

I was kicked several times for not launching and launching BIs only by premades, because no one used the chat. Unless they’re all telepathic?

As soon as someone doesn’t call or use a bi I warn. I’ll try to kick 10s-30s later. No communication.
Same with kicking bots in boss rush & cube.

I have no anger at all. I like working together with other people to achieve a common goal. People who go out of their way to grief other people and work against them have no place in my group.
I use pf most of the time so I can build a better team composition (1x high destruction class, 1x supp, 2x dps). I do mm only when I need to run 1x instead of 2x. I’d go mm more if mm did fppc or didn’t have people who go out of their way to make the gameplay experience worse for others.
Well, CM should to explain explicit the definition of kick abuse. Which is and which isn’t.
Afkler and Bot are valid reason to kick.
Like you mention, premade group kicks a random player for not playing their rule, can be considered as abuse.
In society, is it the law of you and your friends or that of your State which is applied in court? I don’t see why you give yourself permission to do in game what you don’t do outside
It has nothing to with the society. If it’s not written by the law, it’s ruled by Mafia.
In PF, I agree, if the group is created in the sense that everyone has to use BI, ok. But why force people who want to play in relaxation in MM? Do the tricks on your own to impose your choices on others. Tell yourself that there are among the players you kick, people who discover Kungelanium for the first time, people who do not play every day and who do not have free BI. You play as if it were your job guys, calm down, it’s a bit and you have to have fun on a game.
If you’re getting kicked in random mm by 3 random people then you’ve violated the standards of the community.

There are no community standards. I have accepted and signed the Lost Ark Amazon Rules, not the Community Rules. And besides, where are these laws of the community? Ah yes, invented by toxic people.
