Selected yellow ladybug mount as a quest reward, registered it from my inventory, mount is not in my mount tab. What do now?

I’m sorry that the mount is missing, could you try to exit and re-enter the game so your inventory updates, if its still not showing after that it will be better to contact us directly so we can investigate on what happened (Contact Us | Amazon Games).

that worked, it gave me the wrong ladybug but i don’t care enough to open a ticket on it
