Constant lag or stuttering of the game after the update on 12/21/22. Had to change my settings from very high, even though it has never lagged or stutter before, to all low and I’m still having this issue! This needs to be fix!
Try going into steam and clear cache download.
This happens to me nearly every update and this usually fixes it
For me going fullscreen and unlocking FPS fixed this, but I had this issue for months and it would happen at pretty stable 60 FPS.
