I just was in Boss-Rush T3, Matchmaking, people from multiple Servers around ~13:40~13:50 MEZ and first stutter startet with reaching account lvl 121, followed by some lags, and every 3-4 phases stutters again till phase 14 the game disconnected.
I play on Beatrice, Charactername is Feelicitas.
Steam had no disconnect, discord had no disconnect, stream i was watching had no connection issues, i also checked my connection in general and there was no issue from my side.
I had such issues multiple times in cubes after updates (the other people i played together with had the same issues, but i’m unsure if we all disconnected at the same time) and again my ticket is gone without me getting anything out of it.
Hello @Feelicitas,
Hope you are doing well.
I understand your situation, but right now we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios.
As of now I’d suggest you to kindly go through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on
Also you may check this post for the full information about this:
A few key points I wish to highlight:
- The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
- Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
Hope this helps!
I know it’s just the usual stuff i get told here, but i want to say this is false.
I have not gotten Cube or Boss-Rush tickets back when there was a game issue, BUT i have gotten re-entry tickets for daily and weekly stuff when i had internet issues (not server issues) multiple times like other people.
So not only does it not help, it’s also wrong.
The system is simply not working like intended, just like the game often is not working like intended after a patch (proven multiple times by the patchnotes for the following week or another maintenance a few hours after the patch).
I fully understand it’s just what the protocol says, but i hate seeing missinformation being spread, especially when they come from the support so that other people spread them too, since those informations are official.
To my surprise i did just get the Boss-Rush ticket back (marking this the first Boss-Rush-/Cube- ticket i got back from the lost ones to server issues), so i guess the system got improved in some way over the last months.
The point with spreading of false information by support still stays, since the system works for daily and weekly re-entry tickets when i have local internet issues or one time i had a blackout.
UPDATE!
Just did the boss rush with the ticket i got back from the system.
Every single person stand around for some time because we were unable to move, someone was forced to disconnect because of it, after that we stand around some more times.
This is 100% a game issue and even if i got my ticket and this time did end the run with rewards, this is not acceptable and will happen most likely for me and other people again.
I will not risk doing any more cube and boss rush runs untill it’s a known issue that has been fixed.
Here is a screenshot with all informations needed besides me being from Beatrice doing t3 with matchmaking.
This is also not the first time as you can see here with the exakt same issue after a patch in april:
Since there is no answer that the problem is solved or even that an information is given to the team to check serverstability, while multiple people have the same issue:
