Last straw with the pheons

I’ve spent 60,000 gold converting to blue crystal on pheons in the last week to equip 2 characters. Then you give the same amount + more that I bought out to people for free while I slept and take servers down for 5.5 hours to do nothing but remove the mail?

You need to create a database query that calculates the total amount of pheons gained through that mail – per account – and give everyone the difference of the max obtained or nobody is going to feel like this shit is fair.

You literally have a chest in the game as the BEST REWARD for collecting ALL MASTERPIECES that is worth less than this mistake. People spend hundreds of hours getting that reward and your just gonna be like “oops exploits!!! lol”

I claimed 1 character’s pheons (main) while I was getting ready for work this morning. I didn’t have time to log into all 10 characters until later but I knew the mails were sitting there and was excited. Please don’t assume just because an account got pheons that they shouldn’t be compensated. I got 1 out of 10 claimable mails.

The smartest solution would be to just send the mail again to any character level 1370+ who hasn’t claimed pheons via mail within the last 24 hours.

When I first I’ve been playing this game since the NA launch, I was amazed of how much fun I had on my paladin. The raids were incredibly well done. From the first week it was available I was able to do all Argus gates, HM Valtan & Vykas and lastly Clown. I’ve legitimately spent over $10k over the past several months. This whole pheon incident is the last straw. I’ve come to realize that AGS doesnt care about their player base. That being said, I bid farewell to all my fellow Arkesians.
