Last update changed eyebrows color of my main char

Greetings,

When I logged in today, I’ve noticed something very strange on my main character. Her eyebrows have turned blond.

And those are her eyebrows before the update

I opened a ticket and I got this answer

Sorry it’s in french but basicly he said to open a ticket here so the problem can be pushed to the moderation team (???)

Char nam: Tornadettechirac
Serv: Trixion EUC

I didn’t use apparence changes, this change happened during the update. I can provide dated screenshots and you can check my CS history.

This look not important but those eyebrows color are a big change on her face, she looks angry now !

Hope you are doing well.

First of all, can you please try verifying the game files integrity and then check in game?

Steps to Verify Integrity of Game Files on Steam.

Also try reinstalling the game if this does not work for you.

In case none of them work and your character’s eyebrow remains the same then I’ll request you to reach out to our live support by clicking on the link below.

Take into account that the escalation may require DXDiag logs, therefore have them ready when contact our representatives.

To pull Dxdiag logs please:

Press Windows Key + R and type: dxdiag and hit ‘Enter’ key
Click “Save All Information”
Select the file location and save it.

Thanks I will do this, but my friends saw the changes too in game. Just on the char and on mvp screens.
This is not just my side, a bug/glitch from my pc. The game model has been modified on the server.

Support told me this is a known issue and it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Lol, same here. My glaiviers eyebrows turned from black to pure white. Talked with the support, and she found it funny and strange, she said nothing about a known issue.

Support telling me to put a post of the forum, they can’t fix it .
Same probleme here my eyenbrow turned from white to red what can i do ?

The troubleshooting steps remains the same in your case as well, i.e. you need to verify your game files once and then check.

upon further inspection, its also the eyes and other features. eyes, cheeks etc etc

Hello,
i tried to play the character but people from the group i join insta leave when they see my eyebrow.
Please do something fast as i can’t progress the character i just powered pass
