The most optimistic is to wait the next maintenance, I guess.
Or maybe we will get a free reskin, if they aknowledge the bug comes from them.

My preset was overwritten for some reason and the opacity for eyebrows make up was set to max.
How she is supposed to look.
Verifying integrity of game files doesn’t work, neither does reinstalling game.

Same thing has happened to me, NA East/Kharmine. Out of all the characters on my roster this happened to the first one that I made @ launch.

Has anyone actually tried this local file verification thing? or resolved their white eyebrow issue? I spent time with amazon Support and nothing worked… =(

It seems to be mainly a Martial artist problem.
no fix on tomorrows maintenance. Anyone tried to get a reskin ticket? Im afraid it wont work and not only would i be forced to buy a reskin ticket for their fuck up, it would also be a waste of money because it wont work.
The live support is totally helpless.
First they asked me to post on the forum, then on live chat they assured me that was a known issue (which is was a bullshit to skip my request and have an easier one after me).
I wouldn’t expect a reskin ticket as compensation. 
I’m just hiding my eyebrows with glasses and wait for a fix/solution.

Excuse me? They better give a reskin ticket or fix this shit quickly… It’s been a week and i can’t play because my character looks hideous…
If they had the intention to fix our problem individually we wouldn’t be here waiting for any news.

if you complete the 25 day login rewards… we get a free reskin ticket… I don’t think that should be a resolution tho… they need to fix it.
Yeah but for example I have 5 characters with this bug. So one reskin ticket its not enough…

They need to inform us about the solution of this problem now.
From the recent patch notes:
- Fixed an issue that blocked players from changing the eyebrow color when using specific face presets.
It’s not a bug, it’s them fixing a bug. It’s your eyebrow color in the make-up settings that was already enabled showing up after this fix. It happens really easily if you’re messing around with saved presets and swap to a face where the eyebrow color previously wasn’t working. The courteous thing would be to offer appearance change tickets to whoever can prove they’re affected, but I’m not sure they’d want to manually review every claim to avoid people faking it for a free ticket. I think we’re SOL.
