Last week's disconnection

Hello , I’ve had a disconnection issue last week on reset day and i got kicked out of my argos raid last phase , and when i got back in i couldn’t buy the chest nor get the rewards from it.
I spoke to many support agents within the last week till today and none of them actually helped or resolved my issue.
Some of the support agents told me i was eligible for a re-entry ticket and some said i wasn’t , it was a bit confusing.
On the last day of the week i spoke to another agent who told me i will get my re-entry ticket on reset day next week , which is today and i didn’t get anything.

I’m sorry to hear about this issue and the mixed information you have received, allow me to clarify the information.
As of now, live support or forum mods don’t have the option to manually issue re-entry tickets or loot, we have a system in place that deals with these types of situations, please read this post for the full information about this:

A few key points I wish to highlight and the first one is very important in this case:

  1. The system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

  2. Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.

Okay then why did a bunch of players got disconnected / got locked from their raids when it was a disconnection issue that happened that day , Also explain this Valtan bug door closet - #3 by Fostus

What is it about the Amazon servers that so many players report d/c week after week and it never gets fixed. And almost all suggestions provided have to do with something clientside when it’s clear that there is something with the server.

There is a very high probability of disconnect after finishing a raid. My friends and I always brace for someone to d/c after killing Argos/Valtan because we don’t want to claim the loots while they are d/c’ed.

If I didn’t know any better, I would say that Amazon purposefully make a random person D/C in the worst timing to cause them to lose loots so they are locked out for the week just to make them progress slower.

I already progress slow because i only play one character…
