Following the recent maintenance/restart at 00:00 CET, my Launch Celebration Gift was not in my storage any more, can you please send it again ?

ur not alone half eu central has the issue they simply dont care , many people claimed the pack on eu west since it was the only way to finaly even look at the mount and are now stuck on main account without mount … imagine
