Launch Celebration Gift still missing

Due to the store issues at the time, I could not claim my Launch Celebration Gift from my store inventory. Next day, I got an in-game system message saying “Item claimed” (or something similar to that). But my Launch Celebration Gift was nowhere to be found. Not in Store Inventory, not in character inventory. I even checked the storage.

After two tickets and countless Live Chats with Amazon Support, I am still missing my Launch Celebration Gift.

I hope the Devs give us at least an update on this issue and how they are going to approach this issue and if we are ever going to get our lost gifts or a compensation or nothing at all.

There are people who either could not get the Launch Celebration Gift or the Bonus Founder’s Pack Items.

(Edit: Wanted to open a new, recent Forum Post regarding the issue that many of us still have. Maybe this gets attention and they update us)

same issue here, managed to open my pet and mount chests, decided to wait a bit for my skin and hat, and they just disappeared after I did a boss rush and cube!

I have not even been able to claim it in any way because it has never appeared to me.

unfortunately we are going to be one of those few people who will not receive it, instead others are given founders and celebration packs in duplicate.

it is clear that amazon games is not capable of launching any game, after the destruction of new world, which they continue to do in lost ark.

for my part and as it is the only way I have to show my discontent and opposition, I will not buy anything that comes from this company from now on.
