Does anyone know if it’s possible to launch directly into a specific server from the game launch parameters in Steam?
Why do I ask that? Well currently I have my chars on EU Central, but it’s full all the time, so I would like to be able to start some new characters on a server thats not full, for example EU West Punika.
Not the specific server but you can set the region.
That seems to be what the game does when you change region and it requires to shutdown.

open the file: Lost Ark\EFGame\ConfigUserOption.xml
this file is (for me) located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Lost Ark\EFGame\Config\UserOption.xml
just locate your game folder via steam and go to folder EFGame → Config → open the File with an editor.
in there scroll down to the bottom. There you find:
It will state CE for you. You want to change it to WE for West Europe
save the file, start the game.
