In the concept art the white one doesn’t have cape. There are different skins for different classes. Maybe not all classes will get flowing cape.
even so the black one shows a cape in both the concept art and lostarkive and it doesnt in game ><

Did you check in game if it’s an option? Looks like it would clip quite bad with weapons, so maybe there’s option to toggle it like hats?

Having researched Northern lawmaker a lot now. It seems shadowhunter is the one that gets the cape.
I had hoped for cape on sorcerer too but sadly missing.
edit: Oh i had seen the black version and thought I saw cape on it but its just the weapons was blocking upper part and the black made the skirt blend in more. So nevermind then no one has the cape.
i would have thought that too but the third pic on my original post is a shadowhunter with no cape!
Strangely, maybe it is because it’s the new additional founder’s pack, but my version of the northern lawmaker B skin actually is looking like the 3D preview and not what you’ve been posting here.
The preview of the same skin on the market (B type) is different and looks like your pictures here.
Could it be that the version sent as bonus is different?

I Think the “2nd founder packs” sent are using older lawmaker version.
One with cape on assassin and without dye option.
Another rookie mistake for the list.
To be honest, I won’t complain, because I prefer this “old” version. Too bad I cannot dye it to further enhance the colors to my liking.
But I agree, some people might be disappointed if they wanted the other version.
For my self it might be a good thing too.
As long as I know how things are.
I think I will claim a new lawmaker on a Shadowhunter for this great cloak.
I would just go with black my self.

But it really seems like there has been a long string of mistakes done by interns or something.
The brown/red version looks like this (in addition to the cloak view I posted above).
The A variant is white/silver colored with:
- blue for small jewels and weapon secondary color
- yellow effect on the arm
The B variant is red/brown colored with:
- yellow for small jewels and weapon secondary color
- red effect on the arm
The C variant is black colored with:
- red for small jewels and weapon secondary color
- blue effect on the arm
The arm effect is hard to render in a simple picture, it looks like thunder:

The lawmaker skins are NOT the Plat skins helps if ya read the list of items plat pack owners got properly.

I also want to point out that the variation A of the second founders pack for the assassin DOES NOT have a cape !
I don’t know why B and C have one and I’m a little bit disappointed. I want the one with a cape
Another trap to consider is that the “boob window” is the same pale skin for all.
If your characters skin is not also pale it will look bit odd/bad.

I’m always choosing the lightest skin color there is because I’m pale as death in real life and I like it so I wasn’t aware of this but that’s another massive “wtf”, they add dark skin color options which is super nice and then the in-game items support only pale skin xd eh Amazon…
