Did they acknowledge this? Getting penalty for leaving a guild is OK but it being over 24h is not.
The penalty can go several weeks, which is awful. What are we supposed to do if a guild simply dies?
there is plenty of threads about this but never seen staff reply in it, they probably think its fine
