I would recommend trying on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday about 5-10 minutes after the hour (any hour). This is typically when chaos gates end which is when a ton of people ask for parties in area chat.
It is unlikely you will find people with the same map tier at the same time otherwise, but good luck though!
This, even if you end up randomly getting a map you want to run from chest exchange just plop it in your inventory until another chaos gate day
