I have a friend that keeps getting legendary rapport item from the merchant “God of wealth Duekhyeon” but none of my other friends have ever seen him sell this. Our strongholds are all 30+ and all our merchants are upgraded. Is there something specific in the game that triggers him to sell this?
Nope just a timer. I only know who you’re talking about because this mfer always seems to be in my stronghold when I log in after work 
Edit: He sells Festival if Fire and Ice for like 2.3k of his seals (I think the red ones but I’m at work so can’t recall rn)
