Legion entry consumed bug

After attempting to clear the Valtan raid with my alt, I got a blue screen mid 1st gate, when I logged back it seems my team has cleared the gate without me and they were able to proceed, but I was not, not even able to take any loot, buy the chest nothing, so it’s as if I didn’t even do it, yet now I’m unable to re-enter the raid…

I have no idea how that thing works on your side but you really need to fix it, this isn’t the first time stuff like this happen to me and it’s definitely not normal, if you didn’t get any loot from the content you did your entry shouldn’t be consumed how is that complicated. It happened to me with a chaos gate too, where I got a crash right after entering and that was it, I couldn’t do it anymore for the day… Please fix this, it’s really frustrating and makes zero sense.

Sorry to know you had issues in the middle of a Valtan run, I know how it feels.

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, nor the rewards, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations.

Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.

We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, nor manually grant rewards. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks for responding this fast, sadly, that doesn’t really make things better, it’s actually made it worse in a sense, if that’s how it works you should probably relay the info that it’s not really reliable as a workaround. It was on my side, my PC overheat or something and made a blue screen, I guess I can see how it’s hard make the distinction between a rage quit and a personal issue but still it’s totally stupid that the game just robs you of everything. I really have a hard time seeing what the purpose of that even is, like people that clear a raid can’t reenter so it’s not targeted to them, people that bus won’t have issue bussing, so I really have a hard time seeing what’s that purpose of such system.

No come on, you really need to fix it… it’s literally unplayable like this…
Sure I’m having an incredibly poor luck but not like this, I’m getting robed … this ls like 4k gold lost + some mats and accessories in 2 days
I try my best here and after 1300h on this game since release I’m having some technical issues this is not normal, you need to relay this cuz it need to be checked in to…

You really need to fix this issue, it is sad that you still did not do that.

Is this just going to be ignored? I have the exact same problem for Valtan HM, and I have the exact same canned reply from a different agent. I have multiple screenshots proving this is an actual problem that happened, and I can even provide a live stream because my character is still locked out despite the UI saying I am not.

Yep pretty much seems like they don’t care at all, it’s like they are unable to talk to SmileGate or something, just forward the issue tell them that it’s an actual problem that affect people, people that may not have a stable internet connection, people that have a wanky PC etc…
I wouldn’t mind if they tell me that for now there isn’t many option but they are looking into and trying to find a solution for the future.
The way it currently is definitely isn’t good enough and needs to be changes

I am sorry to hear of your disconnections but please bear in mind the automated system will exclusively grant re-entries if it finds a verified server crash or outage. If you did not receive a re-entry within 24 hours, it did not find one of these scenarios and then none can be granted manually.

Unfortunately, contacting support or posting on the forums cannot override this and this is the answer you will receive any time you post on this topic, given it is the only answer we have for that scenario.

We understand you may want other cases covered by the system, and whereas they are not at present nor do we offer any guarantees they will be in the future, you may file your thoughts and feelings on the process in the Feedback section of the forums or you can also submit your valuable feedback for review by filing a web ticket here.
