This afternoon I went to do Valtan but in the middle of gate 1 my electricity in my neighborhood had a problem, my PC immediately turned off, hours later I went back and tried to redo Valtan but it already said that I had done it when it was time to start gate 1, when everything was resolved I ended up logging back into the game but the email to redeem my entry did not appear again, this is the first time this has happened, usually when I return the entry email is already there, thank you in advance

In this case, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that takes care of this type of situations. Please keep in mind that the current system will only allow for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
If determined this was a server-side issue, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to 24H, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
