So I entered Vykas Gate 2 then suddenly my ping went super high (literally everybody was just standing) and then I got disconnected but when I reconnected I can’t go to the next gate anymore. So we relobby and now it says that entry consume or counted.
As a software developer I know why this happens and it is due to poor choices in SW design. Obviously this should be coded in such a way that when the gate boss dies then your character is flagged for that week (and if you are not connected anymore the rewards are sent to you via ingame mail).
The current code flags your character when you enter the gate and when you exit and had not killed the boss it removes the flag. I am sure it works most of the time but it leaves myriad amount of scenarios where you are flagged wrongly.

it takes from 1h-24h for the ticket to come in your mail usually it doesn’t take a lot of time.
incase you encounter this again if you have a friend with you just tell them to stop the raid and not kill the boss until you come back or else you will be locked like this

I am sorry to hear about your lost entry and therefore the reward based on getting disconnected during a run but please bear in mind we do not provide re-entry tickets in cases not caused by a verified server crash or outage.
We’ve set up a system that will automatically reissue entries in scenarios caused by a verified server crash or outage within 48 hours. That is to say, if the system does not reissue your entry ticket automatically on this occasion, we will not be able to do so manually. You can read on how we handle these scenarios here.
Note the system counts any entries as consumed whether or not these are completed runs. This means if you started a Gate 1, it will be considered consumed and not allow access to Gate 1 again and Gate 2 will not be accessible given Gate 1 was not completed.

if you get dced and the group stopped the raid or they killed the GR you will get a 10Min debuff you can see it above your mana bar that debuff is here so people don’t grief others and just dc or leave in middle of GR if you get it just login to another alt and do your daily since the debuff will last 10min you can do daily on an alt meanwhile then when your done you can get back on that char and do the GR again. this is so you can save yourself the waiting time
