Today me and 3 friends were doing a Vykas bus, after clearing G1 normal we need to go out and switch to hard mode. Someone proceed raid but me and another friend already used song of escape to get out. After that we cannot entry Vykas again. It says we clear G1 but we cannot enter G2.
Please send entry ticket since we already refunded bus and we don’t wanna lose the basic raid gold income. Fix our issue please.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually, we have a system that allows for access to be re-granted for players who experience a verified crash or outage issue on the game server side; this will not cover local internet issues or other potential causes of disconnects.
Only if determined this was a server-side issue, the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox, the delivery of the replacement ticket could take up to a day.
