If you didn’t get automated ticket within 24h then you are out of luck. Support will not help you. Forum CMs can’t help you either.
same here just dc’ed earlier in Valtan G2 hard and didn’t get a ticket yet …
it’s absurd that they don’t have the means to provide tickets willingly to player that have obvious proof that they lost their entry and leave it to a computer instead … well hope Mr Robot approves

I’m sorry to hear about your ticket. Unfortunately, as stated, we are unable to manually provide a re-entry ticket due to the the automated system.

@Cloz I’m sorry you have also lost a ticket. 
you probably have nothing to do with this so it’s fine but i don’t need you to be sorry i need you to report this to the ones responsible and get us our tickets you have our names our servers (mine is brelshaza - name: Clozarya) and a legitimate proof that it happened, on top of that i know they can give them manually because i lost a few entries of valtan and argos few months ago and i used to report to the amazon support and they used to provide them on demand. but since now they just send you the auto e mail i guess the only solution is the forums. hope you get this done for us that’d be a great favor !

Smtimes the ticket comes very late so fingers crossed.If not no point in posting on forum or writing to support if “robot” dint send it no one will sadly
I lost a ticket, I disconnected in the P1 phase, re-entry into the game showed that the P1 ticket was consumed, the P2 stage showed that my progress did not match, I seemed to be stuck between P1-P2, which made no sense, if I finished P1 I should be allowed to enter P2, if I was not allowed to enter P2 should return my P1 tickets
