Does this mean that if we do Valtan HM on main it will not be possible to do NM on alts?
Exactly the same as abyss dungeons. You can complete Valtan HM/ NM 6 times across your characters, however, you can only do 3 legion raids per character for gold rewards. We only have one at the moment, so nothing to worry about on that part

if you do hard valtan on a 1445+ character you can still do normal valtan on a 1415 character
you are given 3 total legion raids (clown will replace argos at 1475) you can do. and you are able to get rewards on a total of 6 characters
meaning if you had 6 characters all 1475+ you would be able to clear a total of 18 raids in a given week.
But say, can you do gate 1 normal and then gate 2 hard? or the other way around?
Gate 1 Hard and Gate 2 Normal in the same week? (on the same character)

You can do more than 6 characters. You just don’t get gold past the 6.
yeah, you can do either gate at either difficulty in any combination you want per character.
some will do normal p2 valtan because maybe they cant get a group for p2 hardmode, others might end up doing p1 normal then p2 hard because they reached 1445 mid week.
