Do the CMs and employees at AGS play Lost Ark?

Their job is to manage the game, not playing it. :upside_down_face:

Also you should expect that they are:

  • Completely not allowed to play Lost Ark. (when clocked in the office)
  • Not allowed to form or voice their own opinions about the game, or how it’s managed.
  • Not allowed to submit any data to their boss unless it’s from the users crying on here.

Yes, at least I know Roxx and Shadow do, though if you are expecting them to play regularly or at endgame then you will be disappointed. It is very common in the gaming industry that most don’t play or are very casual when it comes to their own game.
