Let me change the colour of my Wolf Mount @Roxx

I purchased the Platinum pack and accidentially picked the Red Wolf Mount instead of the Black one. After contacting the Customer Service team, they informed me they have no tools to be able to remove the wolf and give me the wolf I wanted since the chest is already opened.

Please can you:

  • Allow me to change the Colour of my wolf mount for a in-game earnable currency.
  • Allow people to see full screen previews of Mounts, accessories, weapon skins etc.
  • Show all of the content with IN-GAME SCREENSHOTS (not closeups, but how a normal player will see the game) for all classes / colours.
  • Give your Support team the ability to remove and add items from opened chests if they are indeed incorrect.

I’m incredibly upset as I purchased the pack mainly for the Black wolf mount and made the selection of Red by mistake.

I hope you are able to implement all of these things to allow us to change the colour of our wolf.

Reds a good color… Just pretend its blood.

Red is nice, but the problem is in 4K there’s a really ugly texture of Blacl lines around it, all other colours don’t have this and it makes it look tacky and cheap. It’s why I didn’t want this one in the first place :frowning:

i have the same problem with the lawmaker skin and weapon, and after contacting the support team they sad the devs could do that, remove the wrong item and add the new one

will be raly nice they do it because is way diffrent to see a picture of the mount / armor and see it in game would realy like it too the can give us a way to cahnge once for what we realy like since now we have see the color in game and not just in a picture on the internet.

It would be a nice feature in general if Founders Pack exclusive items could be repurchased from the cash store. I’d like to be able to collect some variants

This needs to happen, really sucks that we can’t change or have the option to buy the other variants of the same mount provided that we already own it.

Devs can do a lot of things. They just somehow don’t want to and/or lazy af to do it. Many people have already asked to change pet color or different lawmaker set and AGS is just like haha no.
