Bought pinata mount before server issues, before EUW existed, during headstart.
Major issues began.
Willing to move to EUW with friends. Only I did, and then found out things I had actually paid for were locked on the other server. This is not acceptable business practice. Unless you refund/reimburse the items then you haven’t actually offered any solution at all.
Until you revise this business strategy, we won’t be doing business, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
