there is something you forgot, yes everyone makes mistakes, but we, the players, suffer for the mistakes made by amazon. Also, when we make mistakes, they punish us harshly and expect us to admit our mistake, and they will never forgive us, no matter how much we regret our mistake. however, when the situation comes to them, they not only admit their mistakes, they also cover it up. They are constantly making excuses. You say people make mistakes, but those mistakes only happen to them because they donât punish themselves. we see roxx everyone is human everyone has faults no one is perfect. etc. Sometimes other forum users would give these answers. In short, they disrespected us today and ruined everything.

I never said they shouldnt be held accountable for the mistake they made i just stated we need to not be toxic and disrespectful when addressing issues in the community. Im not an angel because i stated that we should be grateful for the hard work they have done so far in the game regardless of what mistakes they have made. We arent going to agree with every decision made in the game and regardless of how they handle it and some things cant be addressed publicly. If they are lying and taking advantage of the consumers then they should be held accountable but addressing issues with toxicity and aggression wont solve anything. We can rally together and voice our opinions about underlying issues with the game but they are the ones who make the last decision and at the end of the day noone is forcing us to play this game. Im not trying to be an angel im far from it but all im saying is lets address these concerns in a more civil and respectful manner. Harrassing community managers with a barrage of passive aggressive and rude threads isnt going to get us anywhere.
Lets not forget that AGS did the opposite of trying to fix their mistake and let people keep their hundreds of free pheons that AGS said was an âexploitâ

60 pheons for some, 240 for others yes. We are looking at in between 3150 gold (10 pheons) to up to 75k (240 pheons) in EUC which has the lowest prices if I remember correctly. If you go to SA this probably doubles and in NA I believe itâs 25% more? Not too sure, maybe someone from there can correct me.
The biggest issue is how they handled it and the optics of letting some benefit from the unintended glitch and others just get cut off, without any fault of their own.
the issue is some decisions they make are grey area⌠like legendary skins yoz jar etc
in this case they completely flopped. Most of the community thinks its a poor decision and what they did was illogical. Like Iâm not sure what benefit/cons they weighed but it was obvious to us that the cons far outweigh the benefits

its 10 pheon per char, people who have 12 chars + making alot of gold trust me that the 10 pheon per char is negligible. Those with 10 + also spend money on the game

The game is not perfect the developers and AGS arent perfect and we should be more understanding of these issues especially when this free compensation wasnât necessary on AGSâs part in the first place.
Yea people are allowed to make mistakes but i cant think any other reason than this, everytime they made a mistake they are blindfolding somebody and mate them throw a dart and where ever that dart lands its their solution. Mistakes does not define you, but how you handle them tells everythingâŚ

Yet today of all days the forums are exploding over this issue. On average these days the forums see maybe a handful of new threads. I logged in today to ~200+ threads⌠the majority in response to this issue. Do you think that those people would have bothered coming the forums over any of the older issues like botting? Of course not. They are only here because of FOMO.

Thats because this time every single player is affected by it and happened to have a lot of time for complaining because the servers wered down for 5 hours. Of course people aer going to flood to the forums then. But if i disconnect during valtan i just reconnect and keep playing. Unless that happens 10 times a day most people wont really care.

I mean itâs not exactly a huge leap⌠forums have basically been dead for the last 3 months. Login today to find that activity has increased by like 500% overnight where 95% of the new posts are in response to the free pheons that were mistakenly given out. Donât need to be a seer to make this connection 
On the bright side this may serve as a wake up call to AGS upper management that they cannot afford to run the game without a proper support infrastructure in place to prevent things like this from happening in the future. Though more than likely given the short term memory span of this community this entire issue will be forgotten within a week and weâll just go back to the same old non sense and nothing will change.
At least it sounds like they want to give the players that didnt get anything some kind of compensation. Hope they just give us our 60 pheons

You kidding right? you forget last Powerpass crysis? Server Merge Crysis? Bots & RMTrs threads? Disconnection threads? EAC Crashes? Problems with patches implementations, or Legion Raids patches?
Of course today was crazy, but forums are not dead for the last 3 months precisely.

Uhh no⌠actually today was notably worse. By like a factor of 10. Trust me. I basically live on these forums. By far the most active user on this site by a massive margin.
Not one of the issues you listed ever had a response that was even remotely close to this issue.
People were more active today because normally they dont care because zou can overlook most mistakes they make. Most of the time because fixing those isnt tied to 5 hour maintanence and because there is the tripod update in 2 days so everone needs pheons and they decided to give some players a lot of those and some players just got 5 hours less to play. I mean yeah people are mad because of âenvyâ but that is in my eyes completely understandable. When somebnody gets straight As in school for existing and other people have to work to earn them people will be upset. You might call that âFOMOâ or âenvyâ but it is nothing more than people wanting to be treated fairly
