Level complete pack (lvl. 50) desapeared from my inv,

One day ago i bought the complete pack lvl 50, the one that gives you crystals once you hit lvl 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50.
I claimed the lvl 10 one and then started playing! after a while i checked my inventory and my pack was gone… any reason why this happened? i hope i didnt sell it or destroy it by any chance.

I would contact support, selling it to my knowledge isn’t possible and destroying it is decently hard to do accidentally

if you google lost ark support, it should lead you to amazon games studios website and you will be able to do it from there.
