Hello, i would like to ask if the rewards are bound to character or it does not matter on which character i play and i will get the rewards. Becuse if its the second one, it somehow does not work for me and i am getting no rewards.

Thank you very much for bringing your current question to our attention and I do apologize about the unexpected experience you had within your play-through.
All items has a description underneath the item’s name, if it say bound this means that item cannot be used with a different character, if says roster to bound, you can use this item with other character from the same roster / region.
