Recently purchased [Limited]Battle Support Item Package on my alt character and half of the items are roster bound while the other half are character bound, I was on my alt while claiming the item thinking its roster bound and now completed unable to make use any of the splendid item which are intended for hard contents. Please fix.

I am sorry to hear you were not aware of some items being character bound but, unfortunately, these cannot be transferred or your purchase modified when that is the case.
