Also but use sketchy sites to enter your card info etc in general HAHAHA
3rd party RMT does this. It doesn’t make sense to me, but when it comes to other people who have to cheat, it “feels necessary”.
They look at crystal prices here and see they get 10 times the value buying 3rd party RMT. The way these knuckleheads see it, is that they either pay AGS 10 times as much to receive the same amount or they go on a sketchy website offering this value.
It’s terrible and it takes the loss of fully built accounts with a lot of time invested…for people to stop doing it.
Bots make uo waaaaay more than 10% considering market price and manipulation. 10% would have not such an effect on the current status quo in the market. White knight.
first of all i think you dont even know what a white knight is.
2nd, this alleged number is based on an the assumptions OP made, not actual statistical data,
3rd the vast majority of players are not hardcore players, so their impact on the economy is not as big as you might think.
4th bots are active up to 24/7, so if you play 14 hours a week, the bots play 168 hours a week.
due to limitations on farmable items they dont have 100% uptime so they dont have 12X the effect of a 10% population, but they have a bigger effect than 10% human population that play 14 hours or less a week.
considering that 9% of everyone who ever touched this game played over 50 hours and that a bot can easily do that in a bit over 2 days, you can clearly see that they’re no where near 50% of population.
i mean if you use your brains instead of calling people WhItE KnIGtS, you’d know the reason items are getting more expensive is that bots sell gold to whales mostly and p2p players, forcing people who sell gold for gems to offer more gold in exchange for the same amount of gems, and forcing them to price items higher to make up for that difference.
so a 10% bot population that’s active 24/7 wouldnt make much of a difference to the economy, but like 1% of the player base buying from them would crash the economy?
unless you’re implying that 50% of the population are bots and the other 50% buy from them which is a very laughable idea tbh.
Because Venezuelans can’t really bot well on EU latency
Was watching steam charts lastnight and around 1am it starts going down but then 2-3am it sky rockets up like another 20k? Its plainly obvious. 1-3am is when people for sure start passing out on NA, is like that on every game.
In my opinion, 30 ~ 50% is too low (maybe for the low pop servers).
But for the high level pop servers like (Mari and Valtan), it is much higher above 50 ~ 60%.
As I write this on April 29, 2022 (Fri.) at close to 2:00PM I am facing a login wait list of above 5000 on Mari server.
If someone can explain how this server is this full in the middle of work day?
It’s not just your typical gold farming bot.
Regular players are using them too, until botting or cheating is a bannable offence they’ll do that, though I guess that much is obvious.
Of course I mean to say it’s not been punished, because players are openly documenting their botting experience without reprecussion.
What is the use even for regular players?
Afk and have a character ready to play end game without spending either $4000 or the equivalent in time.
Same reason people are willing to buy accounts I assume.
We are all bots and AGS is a hoax.

Why are you doing the same exact post that Asmongold did while on stream acting like it is your own info you found out or are showing?
Taking credit to make discussion sad…
I made this thread before he made that video. Sad
Plus I don’t even watch him, someone in here told me he talked about it so I checked it out. Sad
Sadsad
But with the ban on vpns nothing changed how does that effect these charts
Bots are absolutely everywhere in Adrinne on NA/E.
A better question is where haven’t I seen them.
I feel like depending on time of day, shifts, bots banned and other, that the bot population can escalate to the point of being both more and less than the player base on any server at any given time.
To me it looks like the VPN ban was like throwing a bucket of water over a forestfire.
70% bots??
NO WEI!
It’s atleast 99.9% bots

Btw, players are not getting 10x from sellers as they get from ingame… it’s 4x.
I did the math. But 4x is pretty inticing when everything you want to do costs gold
and this gane is worse than WOW during BFA in reducing access to gold to try to get you to buy wow tokens. That’s essentially what game they’re playing here.
It’s obvious there’s a bit problem but I don’t think bots are the problem I care about.
The chat spam is the biggest downside, they help the economy by giving me better access to gold. Sure you can’t get anything in the AH without selling something in the AH first (or buying gold from bots) but it also means I can sell things and pay for my honing.
When the bots first started to get banned my access to gold went down and even if I was the type of degen to buy gold (from bots or otherwise) the cost of it went up.
Bots aren’t a good thing but they help the community by filling in holes made by the casino aspect of the game, and we have so many weirdos that defend that casino cash grab which targets children as if it’s the game that the conversation usually is never framed properly from the start.
If there wasn’t money to be made from selling gold then there would be far less bots.
