Loading Issue for Elzowins Shade

Two of my characters are stuck on black screens. They were both porting into Elzowins Shade in Rohondel when this happened. I cannot access those characters anymore at this point

Region: North America East
Server: Regulus
Characters Stuck: #1 Sheere (Shadowhunter), #2 Shuite (Sorceress)

Please fix ASAP, I cannot play the game as the zone won’t load so my characters are stuck

Bump - I tried to log into my two characters this morning and they still won’t load. Please advise!
