When you press enter, it gives an error that it is closed or in repair.

It’s because people are getting stuck in there, and they couldn’t access their character to get themselves out. (I was one of them) Had to submit a ticket to have someone unstuck your character. I’m guessing this is a Band-Aid till they have fixed it. But no announcement on when they will fix it. Your progress is stopped until it’s fixed.
I sent a ticket, they sent the character to another city, but the problem is not resolved, still the same
