Loading screen over 35 mins

My character stuck at loading screen for over than 35 mins.

I was in Vykas HM run last gate.

4 players got dc’ed one by one and we kept resetting and wait for each one.

any help?

Are you still having the issue? If so, can you tell me if it is with one character specific or with all your characters?

I managed to get into the game, but I lost the bus ofc / gold and the clear.

I’m glad that you are able to get into the game again.

About the loot and the entry Vykas HM. I would like to share some information about it. unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.

We have a system that takes care of this type of situations when it’s for a disconnection issues in order to provide the ticket back. We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket
