I and many other players have been suffering with this problem for a long time and what we get is just guidelines that don’t solve it.
I and many other players have not been able to switch providers, we know it is a routing problem, but there is nothing we can do about it.
The game was working perfectly before, but after the July 5 update there have been many problems with disconnections, lag, loss of chests and more.
It has been more than 5 months and we still see constant connection problems.
It’s very annoying to log in every day to do content and every time need to reopen the game, two, three, four times because of loading crashes, it’s getting tiresome.
Please, even though it is a free game, let’s have a consideration with the players and solve this even though not many players have these problems, don’t close your eyes to our requests, we just want to play in peace

I’m sorry for the loading screen stuck problem you are having in the game.
I would like to know, when you loading screen problem happens you are able to stuck your character and you are not able to unstuck it or it just the screen that is stuck and later the screen unstuck it by itself or you have to reset the game?
Also about the connection problem I like to share with you an update the team shared about it.

The problem starts when I try to enter a kongelanium or other guardians
The game loads up to 85% ~ 90% and stays still, after that it takes a few more minutes and the game closes.
I would also like to present another disconnection problem (this one sometimes makes us lose chests in legions)
For example: When we go from one gate to another, the ping gets too high and ends up crashing the game (this problem usually returns to the character screen, but several times we lose the chest.
It happens both when finishing a gate going to another and also when finishing the legion.
Important to mention: I play with ping around 15 ~ 16
I’m so sorry that you still have the problem with the loading screen and the disconnections.
About this the steam has made a update about it and they still working to fix the problem with it and this is what they said about it. please note that we are still actively working through ongoing issues surrounding in-game disconnects. We will continue to provide updates and changes to these issues as progress is made, regardless of weekly update status or timing.
