RMT is not allowed, purchasing from shop is not rmt, shop is not actually trading but purchasing, when you are trading royal crystal for gold you are trading in game currency for gold, not a real money trade for the receiver, the money exchange is between the player and ags/steam in this case

its a purchase when you buy it from the company that make the game, its an rmt when it is sold by a player. yes i know exchanging currency aka money for in game good is a trade by definition but it is not an RMT, rmt imply a player sold the in game currency for real money it do not apply to ags/smilegate selling you in game currency, if we say rmt is allowed with your definiton or rmting that mean all rmt transaction are allowed but are they? you cannot say its allowed neither prohibed unless it apply to both case with your logic.

no there is a difference! you trade money for gold but the player don’t receive your money it goes to baldy Bezos acting as the middle man. I think if hes the middle man ppl think the gold becomes legit and considered holy like the guy replying to you XD
there is no 3rd party in 1 trade pretty much in this case this is 1 transaction with real money for in game currency without a 3rd party, and one transaction between 2 player with in game currency actually in this case, anyways the rmting part is always implied as trading in game currency for nothing or much lower value item that indicate that the transaction is legit, they probably also take in consideration stuff like how many time you played with that player, how long he been your guildmate, stuff like that probably diminish the chance they apply an rmt ban or suspension even if you probably did rmt in these case, pretty sure it is more obvious when there was no prior interaction but i got no real clue on wich metric ags use to track it
they just have to look into their account, if they ever bought thousands USD/Euros of crystals and if they didnt. Obv RMT, perma, very very simple

Okay so if I had not rolled at all I would have only make 1M gold. All I needed to do is resell the 9’s instead of the 10’s. I gamba’d because it was either take my 1M gold or roll the dice and risk about 300k of it to get 2.8M. That’s an easy decision to make. That’s not a loss that a guaranteed profit of 200k with a potential of 2M profit.
Learn to do math before you start saying that its gamba addiction and not calculated risk.
You realize that gems were selling for less than 10g/gem. Level 10CD gems were selling for about 9.1g/gem. I was risking .9g/gem to potentially profit 12g/gem. Level 9 gems were selling for 13-14g/gem. It’s easy math.
My cost was 9-10g/gem. Level 3-5 gems were selling for that all day on Friday and Saturday the same as it has for like 6 weeks since the AH has been getting slammed with bots doing Boss Rushes or whatever they are doing to make these gems. They are combining them into level 5’s now so they were going for as low as 650g/level 5 gem yesterday.
