I log into my account all other characters work but my main character is locked it crashes every time i try and load into it

I’m sorry to know your main character is not loading and crashing. I know this can be disappointing as well. Because I understand, I would like to suggest you to contact our Support Team so we can take care of this on your behalf as soon as possible.
