Basically my computer froze when my guild and I were finishing gate 1.
There were 2-3 hp bars left on the second group when this happened.
By the time I logged in again and had the mvp screen I didn’t receive any rewards, couldn’t buy the box nor could I proceed with them to Gate 2.
Can’t even try again at G1 because it says my weekly entrance count is exceeded.
Are there any tickets being issued for this?
