Locked out from Sea of Indolence (Abyss Dungeon)

Queued for Sea of Indolence, zoned in, and immediatly zoned out to Kalaja, now i can’t do said dungeon, it’s locked. Can support do something so i can do it this week?

Exact same issue, I got into Sea of Indolence, beat the first boss, and then a cutscene plays, that’s when I freeze up, and afterwards I can’t try it again because the game locks me out of that Abyss dungeon despite not finishing it or getting anything from it.

Disconnection from Abyss Dungeon Locked Out

I’m not sure if this is the proper place for this but please beware… I put a lot of hours into the game to try and get to 460 and finish Rohendel before the weekly reset of launch. I was REALLY excited to do Phantom Palace Abyssal Dungeon for the first time. I got in with a solid group and we wiped several times but were figuring the mechanics out. I got disconnected after the 6th wipe due to some sort of connection error. When I restarted my game, it said “Authentication failure” and I had to…

There are only a handful of accounts who were told they would get compensated or re entry tickets and then actually did. For the rest of us poor souls we’ve been told we’re SOL and that they’re aware of the issue and are supposedly trying to fix it. Not sure how much of all that’s true or not because many of us have been told there’s no way to compensate yet there’s also many people saying that they got a ticket in their mailbox to regain entry to abyssals. Ever since that information came to light I’ve stopped seeing any feedback about getting compensation at all.
I also haven’t seen an update anywhere of ongoing maintenance to fix the issue with any of those updates that roll out either. Only things I see getting attention are items that have to do with the lost ark store and things that have to do with putting money into
