I’m sorry for the disconnect during the Kakul Saydon Raid. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to re-grant daily or weekly entries to content manually.
We have a system that takes care of this type of situations in order to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that they will be receiving a ticket. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Receiving your replacement weekly entry may not be immediate — delivery could take up to a day, and the appropriate ticket will be delivered to your in-game mailbox when it arrives.
Experienced the same issue on Sunday, all of my party members were locked out of raid after disconnect. I was told that a ‘system’ would take care of this situation and it took up to 48 hours for delivery ticket. However, after waiting for totally 48 hours we get no single ticket in the mail. During these two days, I have tried to submit 4 tickets looking for help from AGS but none of these replys made sense. By the way, I even got no reply for my fourth ticket.
What disappoints me most is that they use the system as an excuse and ignore the fact many players lost entry and got no re-grant. To some extent, this ‘system’ is limited because it thinks it was not a severside issue even though lots players disconnected at the same time. So I would argue that was a severside issue and at least it could be acknowledged.
I feel so helpless during these days. I don’t hope I could take my ticket back but I really hope AGS could do something to improve the ‘system’.
The last question is that I have to raise my issue under others’ topic because I can’t strat a new topic even if after being promoted as a advanced user.
