Since Wednesday last week I have been unable to play the game due to the error message “We are unable to provide you with access from your current location.” with the option to “Appeal” and review the “Code of Conduct”.

To note, my area was recently upgraded to Fibre, so I switched ISP to get a 1 gig line for better internet speeds. Everything about my IP and ISP points to the United Kingdom/London, so there should be no location problems. I’ve also tried verifying game files, rebooting my network and router, etc. to no avail.
I live in the United Kingdom and play on NA East Adrinne as do a few other friends who are from the UK, who are unaffected. I’ve opened a ticket with AGS support, however the only response I’ve had since Wednesday last week is that the ticket was “escalated” and I’ve then heard nothing back since then.
I’m now appealing to the forums to hopefully gain some traction on this issue as its clear that trying to liaise with AGS support directly does not get anywhere. I run one of the most popular guilds on our small server and I miss running content/being able to play with my guildmates. I’m about to hit 10 days of not being logged in which means my guild ownership will transfer shortly. While this isn’t an issue as I would be given the guild back, it is unfortunate that it has gotten to this point.
And whilst it may sound privieleged, I have spent some money on this game and hoped AGS would be willing to assist an actual legitimate customer who is unable to access a game they’ve spent money on. It just sucks that I’m locked out of playing the game due to measurements that are meant to “combat bots” and is now affecting me, a real player. ![]()
