My raid group members and I are unable to enter clown gate 3 despite never clearing it. We have not touched any rehearsal mode, so I am confused why we cannot enter. One thing to note is that our entire party disconnected while doing runs. Is there any way for the four of us to regain our clown gate 3 entry?
Attempting to queue through party finder provides an error about entry count.
When viewing clown through the legion raid menu, it mentions that my “Weekly Entry count exceeded”.
I was in this group. This really sucks. This happen to anyone else? Would like to complete this raid this week.

I’m sorry that you got disconnected during Clown Gate 3, if the disconnection happened due to a server verified error your entry or reward should be handed back in no more than 48 hours, in case that the disconnection happened due to a ISP outage, a hardware or anything non server related then sadly we won’t have the possibility to provide you the entry back.
We can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.
